RYAN HOMES SELLS OUT SINGLE-FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD
AT THE RESIDENCES AT BULLE ROCK
HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (Apr. 27, 2007) –Ryan Homes has sold all the homes in its single-family neighborhood at The Residences at Bulle Rock, the resort-style community being developed around the five star Bulle Rock Golf Course (home of the McDonald's LPGA Championship) in Havre de Grace, Md.
In Brighton, Cardiff or Delray models, Ryan's 52 single-family homes at The Residences at Bulle Rock feature up to four bedrooms and up to two-and-a-half baths; brick or stone exterior, hardwood foyer and powder room, ceramic tile bathrooms, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor, and two-car garages.
"We provide single-family, first-floor living at villa prices with a maintenance-free, resort-type lifestyle," said Lisa Vogel, sales manager for Ryan Homes.
In addition to the single-family homes at Bulle Rock, Ryan is building a total of elevator 112 condominium homes, with just 28 remaining to sell. Offering1658 square feet of living space, the condos feature two bedrooms and two baths, plus such amenities as: a balcony or patio, spacious sunroom, sitting room off the owner's bedroom, G.E. appliances, Merillat oak cabinets, ceramic tile, cultured marble vanity tops, large storage closet and energy-efficient gas heat.
"We are on pace with regards to sales versus plan," Vogel said, noting that Ryan's Bulle Rock buyers include families relocating from Harford County and the surrounding area, as well as out-of-towners from Florida, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Virginia.
With the slogan, "Life Imitates Vacation," The Residences at Bulle Rock is located less than one mile from I-95, between Baltimore and Wilmington, De. Developed by Manekin, LLC, Clark Turner and H&S Development Corporation, the gated community will comprise approximately 2,200 single-family, villa and condominium homes built by Clark Turner Signature Homes, D.R. Horton, NVHomes, Ryan Homes and Ryland Homes. All homes will feature first-floor owners' suites, open floorplans, vaulted ceiling, garages and additional amenities for luxury living.
The social and recreational centerpiece of the resort-style community will be the 37,000-square-foot Resident's Club, opening Memorial Day weekend. Modeled after European hotels with casual elegant design inspired by views of the Chesapeake Bay, the facility will feature a billiards room, ballroom, card room, cyber café and meeting rooms on the upper level.
