(Apr. 27, 2007) –Ryan Homes has sold all the homes in its single-family neighborhood at The Residences at Bulle Rock, the resort-style community being developed around the five star Bulle Rock Golf Course (home of the McDonald's LPGA Championship) in Havre de Grace, Md. In Brighton, Cardiff or Delray models, Ryan's 52 single-family homes at The Residences at Bulle Rock feature up to four bedrooms and up to two-and-a-half baths; brick or stone exterior, hardwood foyer and powder room, ceramic tile bathrooms, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor, and two-car garages.
