Most of the buyers currently reside in Harford, Baltimore and Howard counties. Additional buyers are relocating from Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Texas. According to NVHomes, the majority of buyers chose Bulle Rock for its location, the homes' interior design and the overall community appearance.
