THE RESIDENCES AT BULLE ROCK TO HOST REALTOR CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAM WITH BRAC UPDATE BY HARFORD ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR JAMES RICHARDSON, JUNE 5
| EVENT: |
The Residences at Bulle Rock “will present The Anatomy of a Home, a continuing education seminar by Colin McGowan, director of the Frederick Academy of Real Estate.
Realtors know how to buy and sell houses, but do they really know what’s between the walls and why? McGowan will draw on his years of experience in custom home building to address home placement on the property, the footers, the roofline and everything in between.
Attendees will learn about trusses, headers, “on-center,” brick and block, drain fields, insulation and more, while earning three hours of continuing education elective credits valid in Maryland and Delaware.
The event also will feature an “Introduction and Update on BRAC Relocation” from James C. Richardson, Harford County’s Director of Economic Development.
A $55 registration fee includes seminar materials, as well as breakfast and lunch. Additionally, the first 50 registrants will receive a June 5 pass – with VIP tent access on the 18th green – to the McDonald’s LPGA Championship at the Bulle Rock Golf Course (with shuttle service provided).
