WILLIAMSBURG HOMES TO TEE OFF AT BULLE BOCK
The Residences at Bulle Rock has added Williamsburg Homes to its array of home builders at the Havre de Grace development.
Williamsburg Homes of Columbia hopes to complete its first model home at the Harford County residential project in early 2010. Its residences, which will take six months to complete, will start in the low $550,000 range.
“We are thrilled to have Williamsburg Homes in the Bulle Rock community,” Brenda Desjardins, spokeswoman for the development, said in a statement. “They have a great reputation for award-winning architecture, spectacular details and expert craftsmanship.”
Bulle Rock, which also includes a nationally recognized golf course, is being developed by Manekin LLC, Clark Turner and H&S Properties Development Corp.
“We look forward to working with Manekin, which has a solid reputation and has developed Bulle rock into one of the premier communities in Harford County” Williamsburg President Bruce Harvey said in a statement.
The project is slated to include 2,200 homes and condominiums when completed. Other home builders brought into the project are Clark Turner Signature Homes, D.R. Horton, NVHomes, Ryan Homes and Ryland Homes.
