| Homeowners at The Residences at Bulle Rock, the resort-style community being built around the five-star Bulle Rock Golf Course, will participate in a ceremony to present a check for $10,000 to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Baltimore, Inc.
Approximately 500 Bulle Rock residents contributed the money by purchasing www.bullerock.com wristbands and tickets to the McDonald's LPGA Championship, occurring this week at the Bulle Rock Golf Course. Efforts were coordinated by The Residences at Bulle Rock Lifestyle Director Kathy Harper.
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Baltimore, Inc. provides a home away from home for seriously ill children and their families. The $10,000 raised by the Bulle Rock residents will go toward a 1.5 million dollar capital campaign to renovate the Ronald McDonald House's 37 bedrooms and 40 bathrooms.
"Ronald McDonald;" Marianne Rowan-Braun, executive director of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Baltimore, Inc.; Angelo DeLonnie, an 8-year-old staying at the Ronald McDonald House; Chris Gabriel, global Board member of Ronald McDonald House Charities and general chairman of the McDonald's LPGA Championship; and Jim Murray, co-founder of the Ronald McDonald House program, will receive the check from The Residences at Bulle Rock lifestyle director Kathy Harper and several Bulle Rock residents whose children previously stayed at the Ronald McDonald House.
