NVHomes has started construction of Fairmount Park, the second of three single family neighborhoods the company is building at The Residences at Bulle Rock near Havre de Grace.

Fairmount will have 107 homes, located near The Residences' signature horse statues, historic barn and Victorian mansion, seen in the movie Tuck Everlasting. The neighborhood will include the Armistead floor plan new to The Residences. Priced in the upper $300,000 range, it is a one floor, single family home with two to three bedrooms. The Cavendish and Bornquist plans, priced from the mid $400,000s, feature garages, open floorplans and 10-foot ceilings. All three will have stone/siding, stone and brick fronts available.

NVHomes competed the sale of the 50 single family home Pimlico neighborhood at Bulle Rock. The company will be a total of 200 single family homes and 96 villas, 68 of which have been sold.

The Residences at Bulle Rock is being developed by Manekin LLC, Clark Turner and H&S Development Corporation. It is being built around the Bulle Rock Golf Course, home of the McDonald’s LPGA Championship.

Named the 2007 Project of the Year by the Land Development Council of the Home Builders Association of Maryland, The Residences at Bulle Rock will include approximately 2,200 single family, villa and condominium homes built by Clark Turner Signature Homes, D.R. Horton, NVHomes, Ryan Homes and Ryland Homes.
